Heard this glass exhibition is incredibly competitive? Jiangsu Dannai says: "The king of competition has arrived! "
Bringing our best products:
Refractory materials (as stable as a mountain, even at high temperatures; the "fever reducer" for glass kilns.)
Low-carbon technology (The boss says the saved carbon emissions are enough for 100 years' worth of my milk tea.)
Intelligent system (Knows how to take care of the kiln better than your home robot vacuum cleaner.)
Friendly reminder: High energy ahead; even glass would say "too hot to handle! "

Exhibition Guide: Check in at booth 191 to unlock hidden benefits!

Scientific fortune-telling area (mistake)
Professional engineers are online to "diagnose" your kiln, 3-second diagnosis + mystical solutions, no charge if inaccurate (no charge if accurate either, as we rely on our skills.)

Immersive melon-eating experience
Watch the 3D kiln rave, see how refractory materials "gracefully lie flat" at 1600℃, and get a free cup of coffee (you can bring your own melon seeds, but don't throw them on the booth.)

Mysterious mission egg
Find the staff member wearing a panda hat at the booth, say the code "Dannai yyds", and unlock a limited-edition glass craft gift (limited quantity, running is recommended.)

Boss's pie-in-the-sky area: You're here, might as well grab something!

✅ Grab knowledge: Technical experts speak on-site, from kiln design to the edge of the universe; if you don't understand, it's my fault!
✅ Grab connections: The booth next door might be your future client; bring enough business cards (or coffee is fine.)
✅ Grab happiness: Scan the QR code to follow the official account, win a Dannai custom kiln-shaped phone stand (high-temperature baked, absolutely unbreakable!)

Navigation tips
Exit at Exit D of Guozhan Station on Metro Line 15, and follow the "most crowded area of Hall E3"; you can't go wrong.
Drivers beware! The exhibition hall parking lot might be so crowded that you question your life (it's recommended to ride a shared bicycle to show your eco-friendly image.)
☕ Don't say I didn't warn you: Arrive at the booth before 10 am on the 26th, the first 50 get a "Dannai life-saving iced Americano", we've got your morning coffee covered!

Come to booth 191 in Hall E3!
(Lost? Call the emergency hotline: +86-180-12828566, say the code "save the child" for manual navigation.)

Selection of refractory materials for shuttle kilns

Currently, shuttle kilns are widely used in the ceramics, refractory materials, electrical porcelain, and building materials industries. Modern artistic and daily-use ceramics are also fired using shuttle kilns. During operation, the temperature, atmosphere, pressure, and various flow rates within the kiln often change due to external conditions or internal factors. The appropriate selection of refractory materials within the shuttle kiln is crucial for ensuring kiln quality. Currently, the inner linings of gas-fired shuttle kilns used in the ceramics industry can be roughly divided into the following three types: The innermost layer of the shuttle kiln lining is made of 230mm thick lightweight insulating refractory bricks, the outer layer uses 70-100mm thick ordinary alumina silicate fiber material for insulation, and the outermost layer uses a welded steel frame with steel plates to protect the internal refractory materials. The top of the shuttle kiln is an arched structure built with wedge-shaped bricks, using high-alumina or mullite lightweight insulating materials. Besides consuming slightly more fuel during firing compared to the first type, this material, when used as the inner lining of a gas-fired shuttle kiln, is essentially comparable to an all-fiber kiln, especially when using better lightweight insulating materials.
